Job Description

The Marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organisation in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Their day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products and liaising with media organisations and advertising agencies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
  4. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
  5. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products and analyse business developments, and monitor market trends.
  6. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
  7. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  8. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company’s objectives.
  9. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  10. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  11. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  12. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  13. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  14. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  15. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  16. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  17. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
  2. Applicants must reside within Abuja & its environs.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
