Job Position: Customer Engagement Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers via email, phone calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchases
- Maintain a daily log of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and timely updates
- Identify upselling opportunities and nurture long-term customer loyalty
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator with a friendly, persuasive tone
- Confident on phone calls and comfortable using WhatsApp Business tools
- Organised, responsive, and great at follow-through
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Passionate about clean energy and helping people make smart choices.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an HND / B.Sc. degree with 3 years of experience.
