Job Position: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer
Location: Owode, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct inspection, sampling, and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test results and quality records.
  4. Implement and maintain quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  5. Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
  6. Collaborate with Production and HSE teams to ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
  7. Conduct periodic internal audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and quality control techniques.
  4. Proficient in laboratory testing methods and the use of analytical instruments.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
  6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
