Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify key market segments and develop marketing plans.
  2. Promote the company’s products/services.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and submit proposals/quotes to prospective clients.
  4. Develop sales presentations for varying sales meetings.
  5. Manage business relationships with clients.
  6. Obtain feedback and reports from clients.
  7. Meet assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  8. Respond to queries and requests from clients.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales & business development role.
  3. Experience in B2B market segment, good sales prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
  4. Excellent reporting skills, industry knowledge/commercial awareness.
  5. Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work with limited /no supervision.
  6. Have a proven track record of achievements and innovative deployments.
  7. Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain a relationship.
  8. Experience working in the medical sector is a key advantage.
  9. Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
  10. Proficient level of computer skills including MS Office suites.
  11. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  12. Great knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  13. Active knowledge of market research and analysis.
