Job Description

  1. The Business Development Manager with media experience will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the media industry.
  2. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful business development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
  4. Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets
  6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  7. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company service.
  8. Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
  9. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 – 3years of experience as a business development manager (preferably in a Media Industry)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Salary
N100,000 per month.

Additional Information:

  • Upon satisfactory performance after the probationary period, An official car and driver would be provided.
