Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales – Business Development Officer to join our team.
- As a key member of our business development team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and create strategic plans to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and provide insights
- Ensure the company meets revenue targets
- Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Develop and pitch ideas for potential investors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 per month
- Commission
- HMO (Health Maintenance Organization).
