Job Position: Data Analyst

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Data Analtst / Reporting Executive:

  1. Monitor and updates policy renewal schedule.
  2. Maintain, manage and update claims database within geographical locations in Nigeria.
  3. Keeping records of premium and in consultant with account department to ensure timely settlement of premium.
  4. Conduct periodic claim reviews to assist in training plans.
  5. Compute and analyze fixed assets data.
  6. Preparation of reports (weekly and monthly)
  7. Premium computation and calculations on all insurances.
  8. Managing softcopies of all endorsement, certificates and policies.
  9. Maintenance of all files.
  10. Sending of credit notes issued to various units.
  11. Generate and circulate monthly claims updates report to each unit.
  12. Generates reports used for insurance analysis for local management, various companies and managements.
  13. Monitor and give report on the status of each claim for prompt settlement.
  14. Monitors premium payments and disbursement on POT from various units.
  15. Coordinate with account/Mumbai on all payment transactions.
  16. Track and record payments of loss adjusters/investigators along with our account departments.
  17. Give cost analysis reports on POT.
  18. Give report on salvage bids.

Job Requirements

  • 3- 4 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
