Job Position: Facility Manager
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to tenants’ inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  2. Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
  3. Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
  4. Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
  5. Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
  6. Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates.

Requirements

  1. Experience in facility or property management is an advantage
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  4. Good organisational and record-keeping abilities
  5. Resides in or close to Sangotedo (preferred).

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
