Job Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Ikota, Lagos

About the Job

As a Graphics Designer at Flitaa, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across all touchpoints.

You’ll create compelling visuals that educate, engage, and inspire our audience across digital platforms, product visuals, ads, campaigns, and social media.

You’ll work closely with the Flitaa Marketing associate (Nigeria and Kenya), motion designers, product teams, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality design that reflects Flitaa’s African-forward brand identity.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design graphics for social media posts, newsletters, landing pages, and product updates.
  2. Create static and animated visuals for ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc).
  3. Translate campaign briefs and copies into creative assets that align with Flitaa’s tone and values.
  4. Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and product materials.
  5. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to deliver timely creatives.
  6. Adapt designs for multiple screen sizes and platforms.
  7. Stay updated on crypto/fintech design trends and inject them into Flitaaâs visual identity.

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  2. (optional but preferred).
  3. 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house experience is a
  4. plus).
  5. A self-motivated creative with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  6. toward feedback, always open to refining designs for better outcomes.
  7. Portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print designs, preferably in fintech, crypto, or tech.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  2. Familiar with Figma, Canva, and motion design tools (a strong advantage).
  3. Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  4. Creative thinking and a strong eye for aesthetics.
  5. Ability to manage multiple design projects with minimal supervision.
  6. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, with a strong team spirit
  7. and a collaborative mindset.
  8. Passion or interest in cryptocurrency, digital finance, and African innovation.
