Job Position: Head, Marketing and Corporate Communication
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement branding & communication strategies, policies and procedures for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy for executive management approval.
  2. Identify and proactively manage the growth of the brand and any issues which may impact reputation.
  3. Lead the strategic planning and implementation of Transcorp Hotels’ communications through social media platforms.
  4. Liaise with relevant parties to develop a unique brand identity/ branding initiative for Transcorp Hotels that would be recognised by employees, Partners and the general public.
  5. Manage the company’s reputation with stakeholders through regular communication of critical messages on company activities, plans, achievements and contributions to society.
  6. Formulate strategies for adequate protection of the company’s intellectual property.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline
  2. Relevant professional qualifications in marketing, communications, or brand management are an added advantage
  3. Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, corporate communications, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 / Month.
