Job Description

  • We are looking out to hire a reliable and well-experienced Marketing Manager to join our capable team of professionals.
  • To be successful in this role, the marketing manager would conduct market research, comprehend consumer trends and preferences, develop marketing strategies and budgets, supervise the production of marketing collateral and content, and carry out any other pertinent duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • A marketing manager with the right qualities to spearhead the ideation process for developing compelling brand narratives, key messages, strategic communication plans, etc. that elevate our agribusiness to new heights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • possesses experience of tailoring marketing services that support farm operations/management, revenue objectives, financial management, and logistics.
  • A track record of success, maturity, and adaptability in managing stakeholders.
  • Promote an environment of trust and promote operational efficacy that meets goals.

  • Ability to create winning initiatives for SELL (sales enablement) and manage LAYERS of leadership from the Holding Company to the subsidiary entities.
  • Possesses the skills/experience to research and gain insight into the peculiar drivers of Agri-allied value/supply chain, stakeholders, trends in the broader environment, government policy, market demand, customer choice, impact assessment, deep understanding of the agri-business profit model, etc., to tailor marketing activities that are more relevant and effective Campaign Management.
  • Oversee all aspects of the marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams (creative agencies, vendors).
  • Develop content (written, and visual) for various marketing channels.
  • Manage website and social media presence.
  • Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies in the Agribusiness landscape.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior data.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage brand identity and reputation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team (if applicable)
  • Delegate tasks and manage team performance.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data.
  • Report on marketing results and identify areas of improvement.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing preferably in Agribusiness
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong organizing and planning abilities, as well as confidence in project management and budgeting.
  • Adept with the Microsoft suite and project management software.
  • Knowledgeable about the most recent developments and recommended procedures in internet marketing and measurements in Agribusiness.
