Job Position: Operations Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Recruit, orient, and train security personnel on appropriate security rules and procedures.
  2. Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property.
  3. Prepare and control the budget for security operations to ensure delivery of high quality security services.
  4. Oversee the coordination of security staff during an emergency situation.
  5. Assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload.
  6. Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action.
  7. Oversee the installation of safety alarms within and around building premises.
  8. Schedule shift patrol to ensure a building/property is guarded at all times.
  9. Implement safety and health policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard.
  10. Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information.
  11. Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.
  12. Prepare nominal role for effective payroll.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 4-6 years proven experience as an operations Officer in a security firm.
  3. Must be security inclined
  4. Must be experienced in guards management.
  5. Must have proximity to the Island.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly plus other benefits.
