Job Description

  1. As a Technical Product Manager for our no-code automation platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our suite of products, especially our no-code automation platform.
  2. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver world-class products. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will be crucial in driving the products’ success.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth research to identify market opportunities and customer needs to inform product direction.
  2. Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to validate product ideas and features.
  3. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  4. Work closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders to prioritize features, plan releases, and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Translate customer feedback and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  6. Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  7. Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  9. Provide technical product knowledge and support to sales and customer success teams
  10. Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
  11. Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform future development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience working with APIs and integrations.
  2. Experience with data analysis tools and metrics.
  3. Proficiency in writing user documentation and creating training materials.
  4. Knowledge of design principles and user interface (UI) best practices.
