Job Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Job Responsibilities
- This role will focus on growing the B2B product while balancing the needs of our Brand & Growth division to increase the overall sales in the business.
- As Product Manager for Enterprise sales and Brand & Growth reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to:
- Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the B2B product line, aligning with user needs and market dynamics.
- Define objectives, key results, and own the product roadmap for the B2B domain.
- Formulate hypotheses and conduct product experiments to drive objectives.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, making informed product decisions.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional product teams, setting priorities and removing blockers.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring products address user needs effectively.
- Take ownership of product value and viability.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Product Manager experience, including end-to-end product launch involvement and UX decision-making.
- Experience in high-growth companies, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products
- Demonstrated track record of improving product KPIs impacting revenue metrics.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional communication skills.
