Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team at. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion.
- This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with expertise in various digital marketing channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored digital campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, emails, and videos.
- Manage content calendar and collaborate with content creators.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
- Perform keyword research, track rankings, and implement SEO best practices.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and analyzing results.
- Build and segment email lists for targeted outreach.
- Manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ad budgets, keywords, and ad copy performance.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Certifications in digital marketing are a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM..
- Proficiency in social media marketing and advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with content creation tool like CANVA and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp) is an added advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
