Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lekki and its environment – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  3. Manage inquiries and provide information about the organisation’s products or services.
  4. Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  6. Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  8. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  9. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. HND or BSc in administration, management or any related course equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in the same role, especially in the Fitness industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Professional appearance and demeanour.
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Applicants must reside around the Lekki Axis.

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
